Sublimation

The Future Of Uniform Manufacturing is Here

The dye sublimation process uses heat-sensitive dyes/inks to print graphics, text and virtually any image onto transfer paper. The pre-cut pieces of fabric are placed on the printed paper and run through a heat press. When the heating cycle is completed, the image on the paper has beentransferred to the material and has bonded with the polyester fibers. All of our sublimated fabric starts out white. Sublimated team uniforms are guaranteed to never fade, crack or peel.

Due to color variations between computers, colors represented here are only intended as rough interpretations of the actual colors.
