Tackle Twill is a process where letters, numbers, logos and designs are cut from polyester or rayon twill fabric that is sewn to a garment.
An adhesive backing tacks the material in place and the edges are sewn with a zig-zag or satin stitch. Tackle Twill is primarily used for athletic lettering and is commonly found on the uniforms of professional sports teams. Tackle Twill can also be used on uniforms, letter jackets and a variety of other projects. Computer designed to customer specification. All work done in-house.
Due to color variations between computers, colors represented here are only intended as rough interpretations of the actual colors.
